CARE & MAINTENANCE
Every HMR creation is born from a selection of the toughest materials on the market. They are tools structured to withstand mud, water, and the wildest adventures. They fear nothing—but to keep their provocative aesthetics and performance intact over time, just follow a few simple maintenance rules. No compromises, just the right care for gear that never gets old.
PARACORD: AFTER THE BATTLE
Paracord 550 weaves are indestructible, but they can hold dirt and mud. Getting them back to looking brand new is incredibly simple:
- Machine Wash: Delicate cycle at 30°C.
- Protection: Always place the collar or leash inside a mesh laundry bag (this prevents the metal hardware from banging against the drum).
- Detergents: Use a mild laundry detergent. No harsh bleaches.
- Hand Wash: If you prefer, use lukewarm water and mild soap, then gently scrub the weave with a soft brush.
- Drying: Air-dry only. Keep away from direct heat sources and never put it in the dryer.

BIOTHANE®: THE WATERPROOF KING
BioThane® is the ultimate technical material: it doesn't absorb moisture, doesn't trap odors, and cleans up in exactly three seconds.
- Quick Clean: Wipe it down with a damp cloth after your walk.
- Stubborn Dirt: Use a non-abrasive sponge with a drop of mild soap to remove mud or dried-up residue.
- Ready to Go: Dry it with a clean cloth and it’s instantly ready for your next outing.
METAL DETAILS & HARDWARE
High-resistance metal components and carabiners guarantee your safety:
- Clear Out Residue: After trips to the beach or in heavy mud, rinse the hardware with fresh water to remove salt and grains of sand
- Smooth Mechanism: If you notice the carabiner's opening is less smooth due to dirt, dry it thoroughly and apply a drop of spray lubricant (like WD-40) to the internal spring.
A TOUCH OF CHARACTER
Surface scratches on the burnished or colored finishes of the carabiners are not defects: they are the visible marks of your adventures together. They tell the story of an accessory that lives real life, not the life of a display window.
